Our Team
Susana Sobral Cruz
Lawyer & Founder
Susana is a dual-licensed lawyer (Ontario & Brazil) with over a decade of experience in both public and private sectors across Latin America and Canada.
She served at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, supporting complex litigation involving constitutional law, Crown liability, and class actions.
In British Columbia, she held a quasi-judicial role with the Crime Victim Assistance Program, issuing decisions under provincial legislation and leading evidentiary reviews.
Now based in Toronto, Susana represents clients in employment law, cross-border business, and regulatory compliance. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including in the published decision Baker v. Van Dolder’s (2025 ONSC 952), which clarified the enforceability of termination clauses.
Fluent in English and Portuguese, Susana helps companies and individuals navigate legal complexity with structure, clarity, and strategic foresight.
